- To provide educational services needed to perpetuate quality singing among choruses and quartets
- To strive for excellence and innovation as a leader in Society programs, while sharing knowledge and personnel among Society units.
- To motivate positive affiliations with allied music organizations and groups.

- To develop chapter outreach and growth throughout the district's five state areas.
- To support chapter and Society projects and programs.
